I would like to start by thanking you for your cooperation and continued support during these challenging times. With the opt-out window behind us, we are now able to begin the extensive scheduling process in order to accommodate students in the blended instructional model as well as those in the virtual learning academy.
To determine the days your child will need to attend school, please review the calendar for the appropriate grade level. This means that any printed calendars you may have posted around your home will now be obsolete.
If you have multiple children, you will be receiving multiple emails today; however, high school communication will come at a later date. In the instance that your children’s groupings do not match and you would like them to, we ask that you would reach out to your child’s building on or before Friday, October 23rd. Please see this webpage to access each building’s main phone line.
Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate families by assigning siblings to the same group, we reserve the right to assign them to either the A or the B group. This is in an effort to keep the student groups balanced. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate changes in order to align friends.
We look forward to continuing our partnership with you as we embark on the next phase of our journey.
